Farewell 2012

I took these pictures with my Instax camera on New Years eve morning and scrapped them that afternoon.  At lunch we all decided on our New Years Resolutions so I thought that would be a good starting point for the layout from that morning's pics.


I used the Studio calico 34Th Street kit with the Penn Station and Herald Square add ons.  The background paper already had quite a lot going on, so I didn't use any platter or background techniques, making this a quick, one-hour layout.  I designed (I use that word loosely) the title and cut it with my Cameo.  It was super easy- just choose a font, type the words, scootch them over until they're overlapping, then weld them together and cut!




I love the dreamy effect that background paper gives to this layout!
